Bewitched

My Halloween decorating has begun. (I know you were worried.) New to the fluff this year, a fairy witch girl that I made with paper and glitter and more glitter and a wooden picture frame.

I also bought a new Halloween doormat at the party store today. I was there on a mission to get a wig, which I did, but a few other items jumped into my cart.

About the wig. Have you ever noticed that they never look like the picture on the bag? Have you also noticed that no one sells wig caps anymore? I've complained about this before, so I'll just leave it at that.

Cute frame and idea! Love the fairy witch girl.

This is adorable!

Yes, you have to buck up and buy the good wigs at wig stores. The cheap ones are mostly craptacular. Take a pair of tights, snip off about 8" from the end of the foot. Tie a small knot in the end and slide that over your hair. Voila, wig cap. You can also buy them online.

Cheers,
Madge

I like the idea of a fairy witch (and it was a cute photo to begin with) - fun idea.

Very, very adorable... I would love to make one of those!

I don't know why I remembered this post of yours when I just came across this wig cap.

You've also inspired me to pull out the halloween decorations.

I love it! I wish I could find vintage images like that.
